The Seven Islands Sailing

Example of your Itinerary

First evening: Arrive at the boat and meet your instructor and have a safety brief.

Day 1/2:Prepare the yacht and depart for Morro Jable in the south of Fuerteventura.

Day 3: Depart Morro Jable and had for the capital of Gran Canaria, Las Palmas. 

Day 4/5: Depart Las Palmas early and head for the lovely marina Puerto Calero in Lanzarote.

Day 6/7: Leaving the Eastern Islands behind we then head for Santa Cruz, Tenerife.

Day 8/9: Continuing our voyage West, we arrive at the lovely Canarian city of Santa Cruz, La Palma.

Day 10: Departing La Palma, we had Southwest for 'the island at the end of the world' El Hierro, where we would berth in the new marina, Puerto de la Estaca.

Day 11:Heading back East, we enter San Sebastian, La Gomera.

Day 12: Homeward bound for Puerto de Mogán, Gran Canaria.

This would be a great two weeks for those wishing to gain extra miles and skipper passages.

Please note that the Western Inter-Island Sailing consists of at least 7 full days of sailing (10+ hours). For this, you must be physically fit and have the minimum qualification of Competent Crew.
